Meet Romeo
Romeo is a purpose-built, 16 foot, Luxury Caravan Bar designed to charm. Featuring an array of characteristics including almost 4 metres of service windows, a 3 keg tap system and stainless steel ice wells.
Romeo is BYO, which means you purchase and provide (with our assistance), and we run the show. Complete with local hospitality experts who are industry current, RSA trained cocktail connoisseurs.

- Hire of Romeo or one of our other specially designed portable bars (within 50kms of Port Macquarie)
- Opportunity for a meet & greet before the big day
- 2 professional RSA trained bar staff to serve your BYO beverages
- One on one assistance with beverage quantities and selection
- Glassware, with the opportunity to upgrade to Romeo’s signature vintage range

- Full set up and pack down (outside of service time)
- Unlimited face to face and video chat meetings to ask all the “silly” questions

Cocktail Service
Cocktail Service
$4 per cocktail
Watch Andy and our team of talented bartenders mix, shake, and stir the cocktails you love. Includes personalised cocktail design, additional ice, our signature cocktail glasses and all cocktail tools.
For the price per cocktail, we will source and purchase everything needed for the cocktail service from our trusted suppliers. This includes mixers, fruit, purees and garnishes.
Just provide the booze and leave the rest to us!

Romeo is equipped with a unique 3 keg tap system. We will arrive 3 hours prior to the event to get the ice bank cold ensuring the beer flows perfectly all night. Use this time to have your styling team give Romeo a makeover.
Includes gas and ensures all keg lines are cleaned prior to the first pour. Schooner and middy glasses included.

Water – Romeo is equipped with a 55 litre fresh water tank if there is no access to water.
Power – Access to power would be helpful, although we can supply a generator for an extra cost.
- Out of area travel – $2/km
This covers wear and tear, and additional fuel outside of our 50km service area.
- Accommodation – $300/$200
It may not be safe to return home on the same night . This cost covers accommodation for all staff members for 1 night and is dependent on a few things. Service hours + travel time as well as the finishing time.
The team are flexible! If you have accommodation on site, we are more than happy to work with you for a smaller charge.
We expect some accidental breakages. There is no charge for the first 5. Every glass after this will incur a $5 fee.
